Lunch
Tuna & Tomatoes

Line-caught tuna, slow-roasted tomatoes and aged cheddar on grilled sourdough — lunch, done right.
Not every lunch needs to be heavy. Our tuna melt takes the bistro classic, lightens it, and lets good tomatoes do the talking.
The build
Line-caught tuna folded with lemon mayo and dill, slow-roasted tomatoes, aged cheddar and grilled sourdough. Pressed until the cheese pulls and the bread shatters.
Why tomatoes matter
We roast plum tomatoes low for two hours with olive oil and thyme. The water leaves, the sweetness stays, and the sandwich gets depth without a single extra sauce.
On the side
A handful of dressed leaves and a proper pickle. Pair with sparkling water and lemon, or an iced Americano if the afternoon needs momentum.
