Thick-cut bacon, a slow-fried egg and warm sourdough — how our kitchen builds the most important meal of the day.
There is a particular kind of morning that only a proper breakfast can fix. Ours starts before sunrise, when the ovens come on and the first espresso of the day pulls long and golden.
What lands on the plate
Two slices of thick-cut bacon from a family smokehouse, a slow-fried egg with edges crisped in butter, grilled tomato, and our house sourdough, baked every morning across the street and still warm when it arrives.
What to drink with it
A flat white is the classic pairing, but regulars know the real move: a small batch-brew alongside, black, to cut through the richness. If you are easing into the day, our honey oat latte does the same job with a softer hand.
When to come
Breakfast is served from 8 in the morning until noon, seven days a week. Weekends get busy after ten, so book a table if you are bringing the whole family.
